GOLDEN VISA PROGRAM
Residency
Before Handover: Owner can apply to 1 Year renewable residency post unit purchase and execution of the SPA- NOC and multi entry Visa will be provided by DarGlobal. Personal presence in Oman Police is required.
After Handover: 2, 5 & 10 year residency can be issued depending on investment amount and after issuance of the title deed.
All the above types of residencies are renewable(subject to maintaining the investment) and can be extended to the first-degree family members. and subject to security clearance.Multi entry Visa
Multi Entry Visa: During the construction period, A multiple-entry visa for the investor and his immediate family members can be issued post-unit purchase and execution of the SPA ( validity is 1 year and can be renewed)
