Neptune, Interiors by Mouawad is a collection of luxury branded villas in northern Riyadh, developed by DarGlobal. Mouawad, the internationally renowned jewellery house, designed the interiors of each five-bedroom villa, bringing its signature approach to refined finishes, artisanal craftsmanship, and timeless elegance to a residential setting.
Mouawad provided the full interior design across each Neptune villa, applying the brand's heritage in precision and luxury material quality to every room from the entry foyer and living spaces through to the master suite, bathrooms, and kitchen. The collaboration translates Mouawad's jewellery-house sensibility into an architectural and residential context.
Neptune offers five-bedroom villas with built-up areas ranging from 300 to 420 sqm. Each villa includes a master bedroom with walk-in closet and en-suite, secondary bedrooms, a family kitchen, guest living area, and terrace with views of the surrounding landscape.
The project is under development with completion scheduled for December 2027. DarGlobal is the master developer. Contact the sales team for current unit availability, pricing, and payment plan terms, or explore available villas via the online residence navigator.
Neptune is in the northern district of Riyadh, positioned in close proximity to the Expo 2030 Riyadh site, placing residents at the centre of one of Saudi Arabia's most significant urban development corridors under Vision 2030.
The Neptune community is supported by schools, a community centre, sports hub, restaurants and cafes, public parks, entertainment centres, early childhood centres, retail and grocery, playgrounds, mosques, and healthcare clinics within the wider neighbourhood.
Yes. Full freehold ownership is now available to foreign investors in Saudi Arabia. Property investment of 4 million SAR or more qualifies buyers for residency eligibility. The Saudi Riyal is pegged to the US Dollar, providing currency stability, and Saudi Arabia applies 0% capital gains tax, 0% wealth tax, and 0% inheritance tax.
Riyadh is set to host the FIFA World Cup 2034, Expo 2030, Formula 1, and the Asian Games, driving unprecedented infrastructure investment. King Salman International Airport is scaling to 185 million passengers, and Riyadh Air is expanding global connectivity. Saudi Arabia is considered one of the safest countries globally and the safest in the G20.
Neptune is positioned as a limited edition collection, meaning a restricted number of villas are available, each featuring bespoke Mouawad interiors and individual design attention that cannot be replicated at scale. The scarcity of a Mouawad-branded residential product in Riyadh places it in a distinct tier above standard luxury villa developments in the city.
