Terms & Conditions
Before proceeding with the payment online, the customer
must read, understand, and accept the following terms and conditions for the payment facility online.
User's Declaration
I intend to purchase a residential unit of DarGlobal (“Developer”) and make this online payment (“Token Amount”)
towards the initial deposit, for the reservation of the unit (“Reservation”).
Following this, the Reservation of the unit will be confirmed by the Developer through an official e-mail, subject to the availability of the requested unit at the time of Reservation.
I understand and agree that payment of the Token Amount does not ensure the availability of the requested unit.
I understand and agree that the payment excludes all applicable bank charges, fees, taxes, and/or commissions.
I understand and agree that this payment is non-refundable; however, the Developer may agree to issue a refund in its sole discretion. In such cases, refunds will be issued through the original mode of payment.
I understand and agree that this payment cannot be used in lieu of any other payments due to DarGlobal, this includes payment of any balance, and/or deposits, and/or subsequent instalment(s) due for a reserved or purchased unit
Acknowledgements
The Reservation of the unit will last for a period of seven (7) calendar days (“Reservation Period”), starting from the date the Token Amount was paid. Before the expiry of the Reservation Period, the Customer must pay in full to the Developer, the initial instalment (the “Deposit”) of the purchase price, in addition to signing the Developer’s sale and purchase agreement for the unit (the “SPA”).
If the Customer fails to pay the Deposit in full and/or sign the SPA within the Reservation Period for any reason whatsoever, the Reservation shall automatically terminate and the Token Amount, along with any other payments made towards the Deposit, shall be forfeited to the Developer, without need for notice, court judgment or any further proceedings (legal or
otherwise).
The Customer acknowledges that additional terms and conditions of the Developer may also apply. DarGlobal reserves their right, at any time and at its absolute discretion, to amend these Terms and Conditions.
