By participating in this campaign, brokers agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1.  Eligibility

• Only registered brokers with DarGlobal are eligible to participate.
• All participants must hold a valid passport with at least 6 months’ validity from DDMMYYYY.
• Visa Application will be handled by the applicants themselves and DAR GLOBAL is not responsible nor can help for providing visa approvals to the UAE. In the incident that applicants are not able to have their visas approved, the prize will be forfeited without compensation or substitution.

2.  How to Enter

• Eligible brokers will automatically be entered into the raffle upon completing the registration
• Each registered broker is entitled to single entry

3.  Period

• This Raffle commences on the DD MM YYYY at (timing) and will end on DD MM YYYY at (timing)

4.  Reward

• Winner will win a trip for two (2) to the Dubai for a total of X nights
• The trip will include First Class or Business Class flights (depending on availability), including hotel, full board and many surprises curated by DarGlobal.
• The reward is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash value.

5.  Announcement & Trip Details

• The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible brokers.
• Winner will be contacted directly by DDMMYYYY, with trip details shared thereafter.
• If the winner cannot be reached within X days, DarGlobal reserves the right to select another eligible broker.
• The trip is tentatively scheduled for Q3 or Q4 2025 (exact dates to be confirmed).

6.  Disqualification

• DarGlobal reserves the right to disqualify any broker found to have provided false or misleading information or engaged in fraudulent activity.

7.  General

• DarGlobal reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions or cancel the campaign at any time without prior notice.
• Participation constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
