Job Purpose
Reporting into the Leads Department - Director as a Sales Success Manager, you will play a key role in identifying and connecting with potential clients, managing inbound and outbound sales requirements, and nurturing leads in the luxury real estate sector. This position is ideal for an enthusiastic salesperson with a passion for real estate and a talent for connecting with high-net-worth clients.
Key Accountabilities
Conduct outbound sales calls & pre-qualify leads from different sources to prospective clients, introducing DarGlobal property portfolio and services.
Manage inbound inquiries and maintain a robust sales pipeline. • Provide detailed information to clients about available properties, including features, benefits, and pricing.
Nurture and maintain strong relationships with prospect clients, ensuring seamless customer journey experience.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on strategies and share insights from client interactions.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using CRM tools.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the management team.

Qualifications, Experiences, Core Competencies
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum Experience (number of years):
Minimum 4 years proven experience in Telesales within Investment or Insurance brokerage.
Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Hindi/Urdo, Farsi, French) are an advantage.
Excellent communication written and verbal and high interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
Excellent customer service skills with a client-centric approach.
