Missoni and Dar Global launch residential development project in southern Spain

15 September 2023: Missoni and Dar Global, an international real estate development company, have announced the launch of “Marea, interiors by Missoni”, an exclusive residential development project near the Finca Cortesin hotel and golf club, a short walk from the center of Marbella and from the marinas of Puerto Banuìs and Sotogrande, in southern Spain.

The project, curated by the creative director of the Missoni home collection Alberto Caliri with the supervision of Rosita Missoni, represents the second partnership between the brand and Dar Global and involves the construction of a real estate complex of 18,500 square meters with two, three and four apartments rooms. The co-ownership, fenced and equipped with premium security services, will also offer a state-of-the-art gym, an infinity pool, a tennis court and play areas dedicated to children.

Marea, interiors by Missoni is the second project by Dar Global launched in Spain in the last three months, after the ultra luxury villas in Tierra Viva and Benahavis, in June this year.
